William A. Rinderer of Clermont, Florida passed away January 15, 2022, at the age of 98. William was born in Irvington, New Jersey and was a resident of Willingboro and Beach Haven West, New Jersey. He was the beloved husband of the late Henriette (Nee Schumacher) Rinderer to whom he was married for 54 years until her passing in the year 2000. William was the devoted father of Lloyd Rinderer and his wife Wanda of Clermont, Florida. He was also the devoted father of Patricia Miller (Rinderer) and her husband Thomas of Clermont, Florida. He was the grandfather to Christina Marshall (Rinderer) and Cynthia Crabtree (Rinderer), Jeff Crabtree, Great grandfather to Amara Marshall, Jeffrey Crabtree and Cheyenne Crabtree.
William was the brother to, Rudolph Rinderer (deceased) and is survived by his sister Betty Rieur. He leaves behind extended Rinderer family in New Jersey. He was a World War II veteran, serving on Saipan and Tinian with the 302nd fighter control squadron. He was a graduate of St. Benedicts Prep, Vale School of Business, Newark School of Design and studied at Rutgers Newark and Camden, New Jersey. He was a member of VWF Post 4904. William was employed by HUD, Southern office and retired after 28 years of service as Supervisor of the Architectural Branch Camden, New Jersey.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a viewing on Friday, Jan. 28th, at 9:30am, with a Prayer Service at 10:45am in the Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville. Burial will follow to the Brig. Gen Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562 starting at 12:30pm. In Lieu of flowers, donations in William’s memory to the: Shriners Hospital for Children, (shrinerschildrens.org), would be appreciated.
