Virginia B. Mitkoski

Virginia B. Mitkoski, 98, of Bayville passed away on April 22, 2024. She was born in Reynoldsville, PA. She lived many years in Paterson, Orange, Irvington, West Orange, Franklyn Lakes all before settling to Bayville in 1986. She worked for Bonds Clothing Store in Wayne, NJ for many years and for First National Bank of Toms River as a teller. She was a parishioner of St. Barnabas Church in Bayville. 

Mrs. Mitkoski was predeceased by her husband Edward Mitkoski in 1999 and by her daughter Virginia L. Nazare in 2018. Surviving are her daughter Mary McCarthy and her husband George, her granddaughter Kate O’Shea and her husband Kevin, and her great-grand twins Megan and Ryan. 

Viewing will be Thursday April 25, 2024, 9:30am- 10:30am at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721. Funeral Mass will Be at 11:00am at St. Barnabas Church in Bayville. Burial will follow to St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Toms River.
