Victor Cancho

Victor Cancho, 71, of Toms River, NJ passed away peacefully on September 28, 2025, with his family by his side. He was born and raised for many years in Lima-Peru before moving 3 years ago to Toms River, NJ. Victor was a civil engineer in Lima-Peru for many years and belongs to the College of Engineers of Peru.  

Victor Cancho was a big fan of soccer; he played and never missed a game. His love for mathematics inspired a lifelong curiosity in his children. Victor had the ability to analyze information objectively, evaluating evidence to form informed judgements and make informed decisions. He enjoyed watching series on TV like Blacklist and The Suits.  

Mr. Cancho is survived by his wife Paola Chahuaz, his three children, Sandra Cancho, Andrea Cancho and Adriano Cancho.  

Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 2:00-6:00pm with a prayer service at 5:30pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721.
