Theresa Becker

Theresa Becker, of Beachwood, NJ, passed away on May 11, 2022 with her family by her side. She was born to the late Joseph and Marian Caputo in Bayonne, New Jersey. She married her adoring husband, Henry Becker in 1972, and they lived together in Beachwood, New Jersey for nearly 50 years.

Theresa is survived by her son John Becker and daughter-in-law Michele Martini. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Violet and Jasper, who were the pride and joy of her life, as well as her sisters Alice and Maryann. Theresa was predeceased by her loving parents, and siblings Tommy, Joseph, and Anthony Caputo.

Theresa was a devout Catholic and member of St. Barnabas Church in Bayville, where she devoted countless hours to the Rosary Altar Society and Soup Kitchen, as well as numerous church events throughout her life.

Viewing ceremony will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022 from 4-8 p.m. at the Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd,  Bayville, NJ 08721. A mass service will take place at 11a.m. at St. Barnabas Church, 33 Woodland Dr. Bayville, NJ, on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. The family insists that people make donations in support of St. Barnabas Church, in lieu of sending flowers.
