Susan M. Puglisi

Susan M. Puglisi, 63, of Lakewood passed away suddenly on January 1, 2026. Susan was born in Red Bank and raised in Middletown before moving to Lakewood 35 years ago. Mrs. Puglisi lived for her family; you would always find her baking and cooking up a storm.  

Susan was predeceased by her parents Raymond and Susanne Nelson, and also by her longtime companion Rich Caraballo. Surviving are her three devoted children, Michael Puglisi, Angelina Puglisi, and Richard Caraballo, also her cherished grandchildren Erikus, Sophia, and Little Richard, and also by her siblings, Raymond Nelson and his wife Linda, Ricky Nelson and his wife Tammy, Tommy Nelson, Dave Nelson and his wife Mary, Cathy Vashey and her husband Bobby, and Carolyn Nelson and her many nieces, nephews and dear friends. 

Viewing for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 4:00-7:00pm with a Prayer Service at 6:30pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721.
