Rose Marie Brescia

 Rose Marie Brescia, 87, of Beachwood, NJ passed away on February 25, 2026. She was born and raised in Newark, NJ and lived in Iselin for 47 years before moving to Beachwood in 2006. Rose worked several jobs, but she was most devoted as a homemaker as her main profession. She enjoyed her trips to Atlantic City and playing Bingo. 

Rose is predeceased by her husband of 57 years Francis in 2015. Surviving are her two children, Francine Brescia and her companion Elaine Buzzeo, Peter Brescia and his wife Tricia, three grandchildren, Karli, Joseph, and Taylor, and four great-grandchildren, Geo, Christopher, Eloise, and Lorenzo. 

Viewing for family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 2:00-5:00pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, 08721. Monday, March 2, 2026, viewing from 9:30-10:30am at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass at 11:00am at St. Barnabas Church, 33 Woodland Rd., Bayville, followed by an Entombment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, 62 Cedar Grove Rd., Toms River, 08753.
