Robert J. Eisenman, 78, of South Toms River, NJ passed away on June 23, 2024.
Robert Was born in Hazelton, PA, the son of Edgar and Dorothy Eisenman. He spent most of his childhood years living in Irvington, NJ up until his enlistment in the US Navy from 1963 to 1967. After the Vietnam War he married his wife Geraldine of 57 years starting their family in Irvington, NJ with several children. They then settled in the little town of South Toms River where they resided for 48 years having the rest of their children and enjoying their grandchildren and great grandchildren. He retired from the Toms River School district in 2011. One thing he was most proud of was his family and his religion. He loved spending time and being around his family. He loved music and singing, and classic cars were his favorite and Lionel trains.
In addition to his parents, to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Genie and Billy and his niece Lori McHugh.
Surviving in addition to his wife Geraldine Eisenman, are his daughters Terri and Stacy with husband Edward. His sons, Robert and his wife Richele, Brian, Mark and his wife Courtney, Jay and his husband Gino, Scott and his wife Melissa and Christopher. Twenty-three grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. Sister Dale Gray and many nieces and nephews.
A viewing for family and friends will be held on June 27th , 4:00-8:00pm, at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721.
Funeral Service will be June 28th starting with a service at 9:00-10:00am at Mastapeter Memorial Home ending with a burial service at 11:30am at Arneytown Veterans Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
