Richard Foster II passed away at the age of 75 on June 21, 2021. He was surrounded by his loved ones. He grew up in Long Beach, California, and after the Army, called Bayville, NJ his home. Richard is a Veteran of the Vietnam War. For this, he earned a Bronze Star three times. He served honorably in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Major. He loved to help his community. He was part of the Berkeley Girls Softball League for about 20 years. Later he became an EMT, with the Bayville First Aid Squad.
On December 12, 1986, he married Lorraine Kubiak. Joining two-families into one with his two daughters Nikkole “Nikki”, and Rebekka and her son Erik. After marrying that brought two more children into the world, their son Richard "Ricky" and daughter Karrie.
Richard was preceded in death by his father, Richard, his mother, Elizabeth, and his brother Mark.
Surviving is his wife, Lorraine Foster; their five children. Nikkole “Nikki”, and her Husband Joseph, Erik and his wife Darlene, Rebekka and her Husband Trevor, Richard "Ricky" his fiancee Dana, and Karrie.
He also had five grandchildren Chelsey, Nikolas, Joey, Delaney, and Helen.
