Rafael Rivera, 65, of Bayville, passed away on May 18, 2026. Born on October 8, 1960, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Rafael spent many years building a life and family in New Jersey.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Margaret Valentine Rivera; his parents, Rafael and Noemi Rivera; and his grandson, Christian Moss.

Rafael is survived by his children, Nicholas Rivera of Bayville, NJ, Barbara Constantino of Bayville, NJ, David Constantino of North Bergen, NJ, and Rafael Rivera; his grandchildren, Justin Moss of Davenport, Fl, and Emily Moss of Bayville, NJ; and his brothers, Carlos Rivera and Luis Rivera.

Rafael worked for many years as a cook before later working for Walgreens. He enjoyed eating good food and watching movies and will be remembered by those who knew and loved him.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no funeral services. Rafael will be cremated and laid to rest at St. Joseph Cemetery. Please check back for dates.
