Peter G. Lamola

Pete Lamola, 89, of Toms River, NJ passed away on May 20, 2025. Born in Newark, NJ and lived in Union, NJ for 47 years before moving to Toms River 5 years ago.  

Pete proudly served our Country in the U.S Army in 1954. He worked many years for Gerard’s Express Trucking Company. Pete enjoyed his trips to Atlantic City and loved watching football and especially travelling with his wife Honey. 

Mr. Lamola is predeceased by his parents Angelo and Immaculata Lamola, and 8 siblings. Surviving is his wife of 43 years Honey Lamola,1 son, Gerard Lamola and his wife Anastazia, 3 daughters, Diana Lamola, Joann Scutro and her husband Stan and Danielle Minetti, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.  

Family and friends can meet on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 12:00pm at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936. 

Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721 is in charge of arrangements.
