Patricia Ann DeMarco,  August 20, 1947 – March 15, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Ann DeMarco, a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished nanny, great aunt and dear friend to many. At 77 years old, Patricia passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 15, 2025, surrounded by her beloved family after a courageous battle with cancer.

Patricia’s greatest joy in life was her family. She was a pillar of strength, love, and kindness, always putting others before herself. She leaves behind her children, Jamie Frederiksen (Scott) and Scott DeMarco, as well as her nephew Kyle McClellan. She was a beloved sister to Sandy Odio and a treasured nanny to her grandchildren—Taya, Lily, Devin, Kelsi, Kaila, and Cameron—along with her eight great-grandchildren, who brought endless joy and laughter to her life.

A proud graduate of Brick Township High School’s Class of 1965, Patricia later attended Ocean County College. It was during her time at Brick High School that she met the love of her life, John DeMarco. Their love story spanned over 55 beautiful years of marriage, built on unwavering devotion and deep companionship.

Patricia was a respected businesswoman, serving as the owner and broker of Bay Coast Realty in Bayville for over 40 years. Known for her integrity, fairness, and dedication, she took immense pride in helping her clients find their perfect homes. She was more than just a businesswoman—she was a mentor, a friend, and a trusted presence in the community.

Patricia was predeceased by her parents, Shirley and Henry Budner, but her legacy of love, strength, and generosity will continue to live on through her family and all those whose lives she touched.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a prayer service at 4:30pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia’s honor to the John DeMarco Scholarship Foundation for Toms River South Wrestling, c/o Cliff Martin, Treasurer, 569 River Terrace, Toms River, NJ 08755.
