Obituary
Marie “Cookie” Rutledge age 77, passed on Saturday February 18th 2023. She was in Newark, NJ and moved to Bayville, NJ in 1972. She is predeceased by her husband, Alexander Rutledge Sr. Cookie is survived by her three sons, Alex Jr & wife Charlene; Brian & wife Donna; Paul & wife Michelle. Cookie was blessed with eight grandchildren; Nichole, Kimberly, Robert, AJ, Billy, Cole, Brandon, and Lucas, as well as four great grandchildren Elizabeth, Anna, Madison, Paisley and Giavanna.
Cookie was an avid bingo player and enjoyed going to yard sales. Her greatest joy was having family and friends over for bbqs, birthdays and quick visits. She loved decorating for every holiday and had a card for each one too. She will be greatly missed.
There will be a viewing from 6pm-9pm on Friday, February 24, 2023 at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721.
