Margaret Farley

 Margaret “Marge” Farley, 86, of Whiting, passed away on June 18, 2023. Born in Elizabeth and raised in Newark, she also lived in Keansburg and Edison before moving to Ocean County in 1993. Margaret was an avid cook and loved to do all kinds of puzzles. She also enjoyed her trips to A/C but mostly enjoyed spending time with her family. Mrs. Farley was predeceased by her husband Thomas, her parents Christian and Irene Decker, her siblings Edward, Andrew (Dickie), William (Billy), Maureen, Pat, Dorothy, Joanne and Delores, and by her granddaughter Jackie.

Surviving are two daughters, Patty, Melissa Prosperi and her husband Lou; three grandchildren, Randy Smith and his wife Brittany, Gary Romer and his wife Ashley and Charlie Romer; four great grandchildren, Skylar, AJ, Logan and Gary, her two sisters, Christine and Marilyn, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visiting time will be offered for relatives and friends on Friday, June 23rd, from 11am to 1pm, with a prayers service at 12:15pm in the Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville. Burial will immediately follow to Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown.
