Lois E. Fiedler

Lois E. Fiedler, 94, of Bayville, NJ passed away on November 9, 2025, at home with her family by her side. Born on August 14, 1931, in New Brunswick, NJ. Lois grew up in Cliffwood Beach and graduated from Sayreville High School, after which she was a secretary at the Hercules Powder Company. 

Lois married Wilbur Fiedler in 1955 and 5 years later they moved to North Branch, NJ. Here she was employed as an Administrative Assistant to the executive director of The Midland School for over 32 years. She was an active member of The Branchburg Rescue Squad Auxiliary and Co-Leader of a dog club with Somerset County 4-H. Moving to Bayville in 1993, Lois was active in the Sonata Bay Retirement Community serving as secretary to the Board of Trustees for over 10 years.  

Lois had many interests, she enjoyed traveling, and especially cruising, she was an avid seamstress and member of a bowling league. She also liked baking pies, playing cards, mahjong, and having a glass of wine with her friends.  Most of all she was a lifelong animal lover, always having dogs and cats by her side.  

She is predeceased by her devoted husband Wilbur Fiedler in 2008. Surviving is her loving daughter Wendy Fiedler and her grand dogs and a cousin Charles in Florida.

Memorial Service for family and friends will be on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 11:30am at NJ Veterans Cemetery Arneytown, 350 Province Line Rd., Wrightstown, NJ.
