Joseph C. Gregory

Joseph C Gregory, 84, of Toms River, passed away on March 18, 2023, at Millennium Memory Care, Ocean.

Born in Spangler, PA, he lived in Hastings, PA before moving to New Jersey in 1960.  Joseph graduated from Saint Francis College receiving a Bachelor’s degree, graduated from Seton Hall University receiving his Masters degree & attended Trenton State College to further his education. 

He was an English teacher with the Freehold Regional School District before teaching & retiring from Toms River High School North in 1998.

Joseph was predeceased by his wife Barbara in 2013 and is survived by his daughter Lisa Sharkey & his son Daniel; his sisters, Linda Parnell & Janice Gobert; grandchildren, Isaac, Violet & Simon, and nephews, Tom & David Parnell.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-7pm at the Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville, NJ.  Funeral service will be on Thursday at the funeral home at 6pm.
