John J (III) LoCrasto

John J. LoCrasto III, 44, of Bayville, NJ died tragically in an accident on Wednesday July 30, 2025. Born in Glen Ridge and raised in Verona, John has been a resident of Bayville, NJ since 2006. 

John was a member of the IUOE Local 825 with over 25 years of service. He was an avid boats man who enjoyed cruising on his 30ft Rampage named  “Scharole”. He truly looked forward to his weekends with his wife and daughter cruising the Barnegat Bay while relaxing on the water. He took joy in fishing with family and friends. He was a man who was quick to learn anything, always willing to lend a helping hand and loved his family endlessly. 

Surviving is his beloved wife Laura (Baldwin) LoCrasto, his cherished daughter Chelsea, his father John LoCrasto Jr., his beloved In-laws Gary and Patricia Baldwin, his two brothers in law Mark Baldwin and his wife Carisa, and Christopher Baldwin, his two nephews Patrick Baldwin and Matthew Baldwin, and his fur "daughter" Shadow. He is predeceased by his nephew Connor Baldwin.

Viewing for family and friends will be on Saturday August 9, 2025 from Noon-4:00pm with a Prayer Service at 3:30pm. Located at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721.
