DeLucia, John “Jack” Patrick - 62, of Beachwood, passed away on Tuesday, April 18 after a brave battle with complications of diabetes. He is survived by his loving wife Penny Albert DeLucia; son Patrick Connelly and his partner Rachael Himes, daughter Melissa Hickey and her husband Brian Hickey; grandchildren Noah DeLucia and Alexandria DeLucia.
