Hector L Santos Sr.

Hector L. Santos, Sr., 72, of Bayville, died on Sunday, January 28, 2024, after a long illness. Born in Cayey, Puerto Rico then as a young boy, his family then settled in Jersey City. He also lived in Bayonne before moving to Bayville in 2002.  Mr. Santos was a Supervisor with Waste Management Company with 32 years of service. After retiring there, he was a driver for Central Regional School Bus Company. Hector enjoyed his flying trips with family and friends and he loved to fish and ride his motorcycle.

Surviving is his wife Rufina, six children, ten siblings and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be Wednesday, January 31st, from 5pm to 8pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ. Funeral Mass Thursday at 11:00am, at St. Barnabas Church, 33 Woodland Rd., Bayville. Burial will follow to St. Joseph Cemetery, 62 Cedar Grove Rd., Toms River.
