Harold Peters

 Harold "Pete" Peters, 75 years old, passed away on March 16, 2024. Pete had many friends and was loved by all who knew him. A lifelong resident of New Jersey, he was employed by Spectrum for many years. While living at Palisade Terrace, he served on its Board of Directors. He was passionate about making it a better place for all who lived there. In retirement, he divided his time between his home at Mediterranean West in Fort Lee, New Jersey, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While in New Jersey, he was often seen holding court at Palisade Bagel or the Starbucks at Whitman Plaza. His friendly personality and great sense of humor always attracted people. He will be missed by all who know him for his spirit, compassion, friendship, and love of life.

Harold was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Caroline (Pfleger) Peters and is survived by many dear friends.

Funeral Services for Harold will be offered on Monday, March 25th, at 11:30am at the Chapel of Ocean County Memorial Park, 1722 Silverton Road, Toms River NJ 08753 (732-255-1870).
