Georgette Hrusovsky

Georgette Hrusovsky, age 38 of Albrightsville, PA passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at her home. She was born in Toms River, NJ the daughter of Jane May (Soden) Bjornsen of Albrightsville, PA and Peter Hrusovsky of Johnstown, PA. She was raised in Toms River, Ocean Gate, and Bayville NJ and went to Central Regional High School in Bayville. Georgette had worked as a Dental Hygienist at Tobyhanna Dental in Tobyhanna PA and Ocean Health Initiatives in Toms River, NJ.  She had also worked in the housekeeping department at Community Medical Center in Toms River and as a bus drivers’ aide for the Toms River Schools District.  Georgette was a member of Community Church in Tobyhanna, PA.

We have been blessed with the presence of Georgette in our lives.  Her number one joy in life were her two boys.  She was a devoted mother, caring daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend.  Her joy in life also came from helping others and taking the time to listen or lend a helping hand.  She will forever be remembered for her dedication to her family and friends, her kind heart, contagious smile that lit up a room, her love of animals, and above all her ability to take on whatever life threw at her.  She deeply loved her family and will always be in their hearts and minds.

Surviving are her two sons, Riley Wixler and Benjamin Zayas; husband Christopher Zayas; mother, Jane May (Soden) Bjornsen and her husband Ron; father, Peter Hrusovsky; mother-in-law, Tanya Formisano and husband Keith; brother, Keith Hrusovsky; sister-in-law Jackie Ohagen; brother, Reuben Allen and sister-in-law Brook; sister, Lyndsey Richards and husband Ian; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, dogs, and cats.

A memorial gathering for relatives and friends will be offered on Friday, Sept. 3rd ,  from 5pm to 7pm, with a Prayers Service at 6:30pm, at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721.
