George A. Waugh Jr.

George A. Waugh Jr., 61, of Bayville passed away on April 29, 2021.  Born in Jersey City, he lived his adult life in Bayville.  George was a Police Officer for the Berkeley Township Police Department for many years before retiring.  He was an avid boater, he enjoyed occupying his time working part time at Wawa during his retirement and most of all he cherished the time spent with his family and grandchildren.

George is predeceased by his father George A. Waugh and by his brother-in-law Brian Flory.  Surviving is his loving wife MaryBeth Waugh; his 4 children Kandece Henning and her husband Doug, Kelly Bankes and her husband Drew, Amanda Tormollan and her husband Casey and Patrolman D.J. Williams and his wife Samantha; his 9 grandchildren Tre, Cole, Cade, Emersyn, Logan, Wyatt, Landon, Maverick and Owen; his mother Carol Waugh; his in-laws Charles and Arlene Wilson; his stepmother Joanne Waugh; his siblings Lori Flory, Chris Waugh, Alex Waugh, James Waugh, Sharon Brown, Sheila Ruckart and Laura Bogan. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. 

A viewing will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 from 5pm – 7pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd. Bayville, NJ 08721.  www.mastapetermemorialhome.com. Funeral will be private with the immediate family.
