Frances A. Flanegan

Frances A. Flanegan, 64, of Whiting passed away on April 20, 2024, with her family by her side. Born in Jersey City, NJ. She lived in Metuchen, before settling in Ocean Gate and Bayville. She was employed for over 20 years for Karing with Kindness of Toms River. Frances enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, spending time with family and friends, and she cherished her grandchildren. 

Surviving are her children, Richard Flanegan with wife Tracy and Ryan Flanegan with wife Erin, and two grandchildren Cole and Caden, also her siblings Joseph Sweeney with his wife Sandy, Robert Sweeney with his wife Grace, Margaret Bullock with her husband Craig, Richard Sweeney with his wife Donna, Marilyn McHugh with her husband John, Cheryl Sweeney, Patrick Sweeney and Kenneth Sweeney with his wife Barbara, also many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.  

Memorial Service will be on Saturday, April 27th from 10:00am-12:00pm and a Memorial Mass at 11:45am at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721.
