Frances Coulter

Frances Coulter, 84, of Bayville passed away on October 20, 2023. Born and raised in Elizabeth, she lived over 30 years in Cranford, NJ before settling in Bayville with a second home in Jupiter, FL. Frances worked for many years at NJ Bell and later worked over 25 years as an administrator at St. Theresa’s School in Kenilworth, NJ. Frances enjoyed her time spent in Florida with her family and friends. She enjoyed spending time at the pool, playing dominoes and cards.

Predeceased by her husband James Coulter in 2019, her sister Rosemarie, and her parents Stephen and Antoinette Russo.

Surviving are her son James Coulter and wife Colleen and granddaughter Audrey Coulter, her niece Lisa Saxon and husband Arthur and sisters-in-law.  

There will be a viewing on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 3pm-6pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday at 9:30am at St Barnabas Church, 33 Woodland Rd, Bayville, NJ., with an entombment immediately following at St. Gertrude’s Cemetery in Colonia.
