Elizabeth Rose Wademan

Elizabeth Rose Wademan, 82, of Whiting, NJ, died peacefully on December 13, 2024. Born in North Arlington, she lived many years in East Newark before moving to South Toms River in 1973. Mrs. Wademan was a store manager at Wawa Convenience Store in Beachwood for over 25 years. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, shopping and loved her walking. Her other enjoyments were vacationing with her best friend her sister (Beverly Padavano), especially visiting her niece Patty Donovan in Virgina.   

Surviving are her three children, Lisa Penniman, Patrick (Danny) Wademan and Laurie Matthews; seven grandchildren, Toni Ann, Tabatha, Robbie, Chelsea, Brianna, Dale and Jill. Also surviving are her eight great grandchildren. 

Visiting hours will be Wednesday, Dec. 18th, from 4pm to 7pm, with a Prayer Service at 6pm, in the Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic city Blvd., Bayville. The Burial will be on Thursday, 11:30am at Bayville Cemetery, 526 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home at 11am or meet at the cemetery.
