Edward C Buldowski

Ed Buldowski, 53, of Point Pleasant, passed away on November 17, 2022 with his family by his side.  Born in Plainfield, NJ he grew up in Roselle Park before finally settling to Point Pleasant.  Ed was a Graduate from the French Culinary Institute in New York City. He was a dedicated chef who was lastly employed as a Lead Culinary Specialist at Impossible Foods. Ed loved the outdoors, fishing, and archery. Although reading horror novels, traveling, and cooking/eating delicious meals were his true passions.

Ed is predeceased by his father, Edward Buldowski.  Surviving is his mother, Katherine Buldowski, sister, Sherri McTague and her husband Andy, nephew, Andrew, nieces, Kaitlin and Kelly, and his girlfriend Melissa Cullen.

A Memorial Service for family and friends will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 11am – 1pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721. In lieu of flowers, donations made in Ed's name to the UPENN Hospice Center (pennmedicine.org) would be greatly appreciated.
