Dorothy E. Petroski

Dorothy E. Petroski was born June 13, 1932 in Jersey City, NJ to her parents, Anthony and Nellie Brozowski. She attended Dickenson High School in Jersey City, NJ. After high school, she worked for Western Electric in Kearny, NJ.

Dorothy married, Louis F. Petroski on June 29,1957. Together they had 3 children, Mark A. Petroski, Glenn Louis Petroski, and Cynthis D. Petroski (Pereira). Dorothy also worked for Ocean County Advertising in Toms River, NJ. Dorothy also worked and retired from Label Craft (Manasha) in Wall Township, NJ.

Dorothy loved to travel, go to the beach, and loved her family very much. Dorothy also loved her dogs, Zippy, Daisy, Bonnie, Betsy, and Molly.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Louis F. Petroski; her son, Glenn L. Petroski; and her grandson, Kirk Petroski. Dorothy is survived by her son Mark A. Petroski, daughter in law, Tina Petroski; daughter, Cynthia D. Petroski (Pereira); and her son in law, Steven Pereira. Also her grandchildren: Kyle Petroski, Kris and Elise Petroski, Kaden Petroski, Steven Pereira Jr., and Elizabeth Petroski. Dorothy also has 2 great grandchildren, Conrad Petroski and Anthony Petroski.

Viewing for family and friends will be held on December 30, 2025 from 4:00-7:00pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721. Funeral Service will be December 31, 2025 at 10:00 at the Funeral Home with a Prayer Service at 11:00 followed by a Burial at St. Joseph's Cemetery, 62 Cedar Grove Rd., Toms River, NJ 08753.
