Dorothy M. Lynch, 90, of Bayville, NJ passed away in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family members on July 14, 2026. Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ and lived in Toms River before moving to Bayville, NJ.

Dorothy enjoyed every weekend going to Atlantic City on their gambling trips with her husband James before he passed away in 2012, then after he passed away her daughter Susan went with her every weekend down to Atlantic City on her gambling trips. She also enjoyed boating, going to church at St. Barnabas Church where she belonged, playing games on her computer, and cooking. Most of all she was a loving mother and grandmother, devoted to her family.

Mrs. Lynch was predeceased by her husband James Lynch in 2012, her parents, John and Mary Kranik, and her brother John Kranik.

Surviving is her daughter Susan Lynch, one granddaughter Stacy Mazzara, and four great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.

Viewing for family and friends will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 6:00-8:00pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721. Funeral will be held, Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 8:00-9:15am at the Funeral Home, Funeral Mass at 9:30am at St. Barnabas Church, 33 Woodland Rd., Bayville, 08721 followed by an entombment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, 62 Cedar Grove Rd., Toms River, NJ.
