David Maldonado Ocelotl, 28, of Forked River, New Jersey, passed away on Friday June 5, 2026. Born in San Bernardino Chalchihuapan, Puebla and lived many years in Toms River, New Jersey and Meridian, Idaho. He worked primarily in restaurants as he completed his education, achieving a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University in New Brunswick.
He was a cheerful and gregarious friend to many and a dutiful, devoted family member. His energetic personality included loves of fitness, music, cars, and fashion. Surviving is his mother, Alejandra Cruz Ocelotl Juarez and his siblings Armando, Alejandra, Jose, and Zaulem.
There will be a viewing for David on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 from 6pm-8pm with a prayer service at 7:30 at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721. The burial will take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery, 62 Cedar Groove Rd inToms River, NJ at 11am.
