Concetta M Zuccaro

Concetta M. Zuccaro, 92, of Bayville passed away on January 15, 2024. Born in Syracuse Sicily, Italy. She settled in Garfield, NJ, before settling in Bayville in 1965. In Italy Concetta studied fashion design and when she moved to the United States she owned and operated a Luncheonette in Passaic, NJ. Upon arriving in Bayville, she worked several jobs in the area. Concetta was an active member in the Organ Club, she loved and enjoyed playing the organ. She was devoted to her family and adored her grandchildren and was also very close with her sister Maria and extended family.

She was predeceased by her husband Anthony in 1995 and sister Maria, as well as her siblings in Sicily.

Surviving are her son Michael Zuccaro and wife Deborah, two Grandsons, Alexander Zuccaro, Adam Zuccaro and several nieces and nephews including, Andrea DeMaria, Doctor John Pellegra MD, Sally Ann Colucci, Joanie Cutrona, Michael Zuccaro and Robert Zuccaro. 

There will be a viewing on Friday, January 19, 2024, from 4pm-7pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday at 10am at St. Barnabas Church, 33 Woodland Rd, Bayville with an Entombment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery immediately following.
