Christopher Edward O’Neill
April 16, 1977 – November 25, 2024
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Christopher Edward O’Neill, 47, a devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, on November 25, 2024. Born on April 16, 1977, in Passaic, NJ, Chris grew up in Bayville, NJ, where he forged the foundations of a life defined by kindness, love, and dedication.
Chris is survived by his beloved wife, Stacy, and their two children, Kaitlyn (16) and Tyler (14). He is also survived by his parents, Edward and Joan O’Neill, his sister, Jennifer, and his cherished nieces and nephews. Chris’s love and devotion to his family were the cornerstone of his life.
Chris lived for his family. He was the kind of father who was always present, cheering on his children and celebrating their achievements with pride. He was their greatest supporter and constant source of encouragement, embodying love and devotion in everything he did.
For over 15 years, Chris dedicated himself as a Network Engineer at Paul Weiss in New York City, where his colleagues came to know him not only as a talented professional but also as a loyal and caring friend.
Chris and Stacy’s journey together began in Toms River, NJ, where they started their family. From there, they moved to Manchester, NJ, and eventually settled on their beautiful farm in New Egypt, where they created a sanctuary filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Chris was more than just a family man; he was a friend who touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him. His warm smile, generous heart, and steadfast presence will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who loved him.
A memorial service to celebrate Chris’s life will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721.
