Cesar Otero, 52, of Forked River passed away after a hard and long battle with kidney failure on May 21, 2023. Born in Mexico, he lived and raised his family in the Bayville/Forked River, NJ area for the last 25 years. He made an impact to everyone he met. He was always smiling and cracking jokes. He enjoyed cooking while listening to loud music and singing his lungs out. He was an excellent dancer and could spend endless hours fishing with his sons, brothers and friends.

He was survived by his loving wife Rosa Otero; daughter Lizbeth and her husband Francisco Mantilla, son Luis Otero, daughter Jessica and her husband Kevin Lozano, son Bryan Otero; grandchildren Emma and Oliver Mantilla and soon to be born Cesar Santiago Lozano; his siblings Catalina, Lola, Cirilo, Carlos, Sandra, Gregorio and many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Viewing will be Friday, May 26, 2023 from 5pm – 8pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd. Bayville, NJ 08721.   A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 27th at 11am at St. Barnabas Church in Bayville.
