Catherine "Kay" Massa

Catherine “Kay” Massa, 93, of Bayville passed away on April 4, 2023. Born and raised in Jersey City, lived many years in Edison before moving to Bayville 30 years ago. She had worked for the Colgate-Palmolive Plant in Jersey City before pursuing her true passion in life as a devoted family woman. She enjoyed her retirement by being very active in the community.

Kay is predeceased by her husband “Buddy” and her three siblings.

Surviving are Daughter Susan Manzo-Killian and her husband John, son Lawrence Massa, four grandchildren, Darrell, Dana and her companion Davitt, Justin and his wife Erin, and John, three great-grandchildren, Vesna, Zozo and Lawson.

There will be a Funeral mass on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 11am at St. Barnabas Church, 33 Woodland Rd, Bayville, NJ 09721. In lieu of flowers Donations in Kay’s memory to Deborah Heart & Lung Center would be greatly appreciated.
