Carol Enquist, 89, of Forked River died peacefully at home with her loving family at her side on July 24, 2023. Born in Rye, New York, she raised her family in Bloomfield before settling in Forked River in 1984. Mrs. Enquist had several jobs early in life but raising her family was her true calling. She totally enjoyed being with her family, especially with grand and great grandchildren whom she adored. She was predeceased by her husband Robert in 2010 and by her son-in-law, Thomas McAndrew in 2022.
Surviving are her three daughters, Bonnie Mosier, Robin McAndrew and Kim Enquist; six grandchildren, Corianne, Jimmy, Laura, Bobby, Brittany and Kaytlynn, and her four great grandchildren, Austin, Landon, Colton and Mila.
Visiting hours for relatives and friends will be offered on Friday, July 28th, from 10:30am to 12:30pm, with a Prayer Service at 11:30am, in the Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville. Burial will follow for a 1:30pm arrival time to the Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
