In Loving Memory

Brendon Charles Milne, 47 years old passed away on May 10, 2026 of lung cancer. He was born and raised in Howell, NJ. Brendon had a lifelong passion for music and he loved to share his musical talent both as a percussionist and as a DJ. He loved woodworking and took pleasure in the restoration of furniture having a unique way of seeing the beauty in everything. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying fishing, hiking, camping. Brendon found peace and solitude communing with nature.

Brendon lived briefly in NY and FL before moving to Wilmington, Delaware where he had a robust supportive community. In his last 15 years Brendon found his greatest purpose to be able to try to help people who suffer from alcoholism and addiction to try to find the same freedom and peace he found spiritually. His love for his God and the people he had the opportunity to build relationships with gave him purpose that he valued above everything else in his life.

Brendon is predeceased by his parents Ronald and Patricia Milne and his niece Ashley Ortiz-Milne. He is survived by his sisters Shannon Sandstrom, Colleen Milne, Caren Milne and his brother in- law Joseph Sandstrom; nieces and nephews John Milne, Jazmyn Milne, Caitlinn Pape Civitano, Michael Pape, Camryn Pape, Meagan Zimberg, Lauren Zimberg; Tessa Jacobs and his great nephew Eli James Civitano.

Please feel welcome to join us in celebration of life for Brendon Charles Milne as was his request. Light refreshments and beverages available, all are welcome to bring something if so desired. In leu of flowers Brendon requests donations to be made to National Parks and the Delaware State Park.  In Brendon’s words "It’s a celebration, not sorrowful, speak of me, tell stories, share and smile; I love all of you"
