Antoinette Salvemini

Antoinette Salvemini, age 87, passed away on February 8, 2026. Born in Hoboken, she formerly lived in Jackson where she was employed as a cafeteria worker in the Jackson School system. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and great grandmother whose greatest joy was caring for and spending time with her family.  

She is predeceased by her husband of forty years, Giovanni Salvemini and two brothers Vito Catanzaro and Joseph Catanzaro. Surviving are her daughter Anna Maria Lypowy (Joseph), her son Domenick Salvemini (Karen), her granddaughter Gabriella Lewis (Andrew), great grandchildren Eliana and Ethan Lewis, her grandson Nicholas Salvemini (Jessica), her granddaughter Chelsea Kvech (Andy), and great granddaughter Palmer Kvech. Antoinette is also survived by her very close sister Angelina Salvemini, brother Sal Catanzaro and many nieces, nephews and great-grand nephews. 

Viewing for family and friends will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 4:00-7:00pm, at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville. Entombment will be Friday, February 13, 2026 at 11:30am at St. Mary Of The Lake, Honey Locust Dr., Lakewood, NJ 08701.
