Anna May Benedetto, 79, former resident of Bayville, died peacefully on May 18, 2023. She was born in Northumberland, PA, and she grew up and lived in Bayonne for many years. She also lived in Barnegat before moving to Bayville in the 90’s. Anna was dedicated and diligent in her job. She enjoyed being cashier at the Bayville Shop-Rite. She enjoyed life and lived for her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Surviving are six children; William Hollowell and wife Candice, James Beicht, Susan DellaPietro and husband John, Joseph Benedetto and wife Tanya, Clarissa Benedetto and companion Chris, and Anthony Benedetto and wife Amy; thirteen grandchildren, John DellaPietro, Anthony DellaPietro, Christina Do, Matthew DellaPietro, Brittany Benedetto Weber, Toni Collins, Joseph Benedetto, Tiffany Beicht, James Beicht, Gabriella Benedetto, Ricky Rivera, Manuel and Brandon; and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be Sunday, May 28th, from 12noon to 3pm, with a Prayer Service at 2:30pm, in the Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville.
