Anna Mihalenkova, 69, of Bayville, was called home to our Lord on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Our mom was a loving and caring individual who touched the lives of all who knew her. She raised 5 children with our dad Dusan Mihalenko in a challenging environment in Slovakia. Being a tireless mom, she overcame all the troubles and brought happiness to us all.
She came to America as a career to help many elders who were in their final years of their lives. And now, she too has joined them. Our Lord will remember her unduly service.
Her tireless personality also extended to St. Barnabas Community Church where she regularly participates in church prayers and charitable activities. Her immense dedication to the our Lord and Bible studies had made her attained the membership of the well-recognized St.Francis order in the Long Beach Island, NJ.
If there is one special thing about mom that stood out was her exemplary dressing to any occasions. She had a penchant for colorful clothing and matching jewelries. She ensured to look her best at all times. Her passion in clothing had often rubbed on us and her friends positively. Throughout her lifetime, we were all gifted something from her that we will cherish forever. Giving and loving was her way of spreading love and kindness to all around her.
We will miss her smile, kind words and her unconditional love. We miss you terribly, mom!
Mom leaves behind her husband of 50 years, our dad Dusan Mihalenko. Her five loving children - Alena Smith, Eva Mihalenkova, Anna Ramasamy, Dusan Mihalenko and Monika Mihalenkova and Son-in-laws. She cherished and enjoyed spending time with her six grandchildren, Scott Smith, Sameera Farook, Armaan Farook, Rayaan Farook, Jamie Ramasamy and Lily Ramasamy.
Visitation will be Tuesday May 7th, 2024 from 9:30am-10:30am at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721, followed by a Mass at 11:00am at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 33 Woodland Rd., Bayville.
