Frank M. Rose, 77, of Toms River, died on Monday, March 30, 2020, from complications of his heart disease. Born in Newark, he was raised in Belleville and lived in Nutley before moving to Toms River in 1969. Mr. Rose was the owner and operator of Frank M. Rose Paving Company for many years before turning operations to his sons. Frank loved spending time with his family and enjoyed his trips to A/C. He is predeceased by his son Michael Rose and his granddaughter Jamie Linn Rose.

Surviving are, his wife Debra; five children, Sheri Chappell and husband Claude, Renee` Rose and her companion Enrico Viselli, Frank Rose and his wife Jen, Joseph Rose and his wife Debbie and Mary Rose-Mazza; ten grandchildren, Frankie, Carly, Emily, Joey, Vinny, Pauly, Nicky, Ally, Anthony and Julian; his siblings, Gloria Pastena and her husband Lou, Rosemary DeRosa-Kane and her husband Matt and Anthony Rose and his wife Rachel. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
